Michał Ołowski

Research interests: biometrics, machine learning

Michał works at the Department of Biometrics at NASK. He holds a degree in technical physics from Warsaw University of Technology. He conducts research and works in the area of identity recognition and ways to forge identity, using machine learning techniques, with a special focus on deepfake techniques. He has authored and co-authored popular science and teaching materials in topics related to artificial intelligence, computer vision and biometrics. He is a PhD student at the TIB PAN Doctoral School.
