Mgr inż. Arkadiusz Modzelewski

Arkadiusz Modzelewski is a final-year PhD candidate in a dual doctoral program conducted under a cotutelle agreement between two universities: the “Brain, Mind and Computer Science” program at the University of Padua and the Technical Computer Science discipline at the ICT&Design Doctoral School run by the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. His doctoral research is supervised by two advisors: Prof. Adam Wierzbicki and Prof. Giovanni Da San Martino. His academic work focuses, among other things, on the analysis of language models in the context of disinformation detection and persuasive techniques across different languages. The results of his research have been presented at leading international conferences in the field of natural language processing, such as ACL and EMNLP.

 

Arkadiusz Modzelewski is also a graduate in economics at the University of Bonn and former DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) scholarship holder. He also studied at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he earned a degree in computer engineering, and at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems.
