NASK at the NAFSA 2026 – Annual Conference and Expo
At the invitation of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), NASK-PIB is participating in the NAFSA 2026 – one of the largest and most important global events dedicated to the internationalization of higher education, academic cooperation, and scientific exchange.

This year’s edition takes place from May 26–29, 2026, in Orlando, USA, under the theme “Global by Design.”
The event draws together nearly 8,000 participants annually from over 100 countries. These include representatives of universities, research institutes, public administration, international organizations, and companies operating in the education sector. As part of the comprehensive program, attendees can engage in more than 200 sessions, panels, and networking events focused on topics such as the future of international education, digital innovation, partnership building, and the development of global research collaboration.
NASK-PIB is represented by Marzena Wojciechowska, Director of the Science Development and Technology Transfer Office, who summarizes the significance of participation as follows:
“NASK-PIB’s participation in the NAFSA 2026 conference offers, above all, an opportunity to establish new international partnerships and to initiate collaboration aimed at building interdisciplinary research teams that combine scientific, technological, and expert competencies from different countries. Attendance at NAFSA 2026 enables the expansion of networks with universities, research institutes, and organizations worldwide, while also strengthening Poland’s participation in international research and development projects. The synergy arising from the exchange of experience, knowledge, and perspectives among institutions from different parts of the world fosters the development of innovative research projects and the creation of solutions to rapidly evolving social and technological challenges.”
