The KSAP Council includes representatives and representatives of the highest authorities of the public administration, including the Minister of Science, Foreign Affairs, Finance and Public Administration, the Presidents and Heads of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, the Supreme Chamber of Control, the Supreme Administrative Court, the Civil Service, the Public Service Council, and others from the world of science and opinion makers. The KSAP Council ensures that the training program for civil servants is consistent with the needs and challenges of public administration in Poland.

 

Dr. Karolina Kulicka completed her doctoral studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo and has extensive experience in the public, private and academic sectors. She specializes in organizational management, gender equality and stereotyping in artificial intelligence and machine learning. In addition to her work for NASK, she actively publishes and works academically; the results of her academic work have won awards at home and abroad, including an International Peace Scholarship, a Social Impact Fellowship, a UB Humanities Institute Fellowship, and an Outstanding Article Award in Administrative Theory and Praxis.

 

Besides Dr. Kulicka, Prof. Małgorzata Bonikowska, Prof. Zbigniew Cieślak, Monika Dziadkowiec – elected deputy chairman, Prof. Maria Gintowt-Jankowicz, Prof. Jolanta Itrich-Drabarek, Prof. Artur Nowak-Far, Prof. Jerzy Stępień, and Jan Pastwa, who became chairman of the Council, were also appointed to the Council.
