Gabriel Wechta
Research interests: cryptography, blockchain networks, algorithmic informatics
Gabriel Wechta graduated from the Wroclaw University of Technology in 2023 with a degree in algorithmic computer science, followed by cryptography and computer security. In his master’s thesis, he created a blockchain network design replacing the wasteful classical mechanism of leader election with a protocol using verifiable machine learning. His interests are cryptographic protocols responsible for secure identification, authentication and encryption. In his spare time, he is involved in embedded systems, particularly SBCs.
