Dr Michał Marks

Michal Marks is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at Warsaw University of Technology, where he received his master’s and doctoral degrees in 2007 and 2015, respectively. He has worked at NASK since 2008. For many years he led Teams and Departments in the Research and Development Center, and since 2022 as head of the Cloud Computing and Intelligent Networks Division.

 

As part of his scientific activity, he was a contractor and main contractor in more than 20 scientific projects (international, e.g. FP7, Horizon2020, DEP, NATO, as well as national: NCN, NCBiR, Warsaw University of Technology), targeted projects for the City of Warsaw, or commissioned projects at NASK. And also the manager at NASK of projects: NATO IST-147-RTG, NATO IST-ET-076, NCBiR Optokrypt, and DEP Pioneer-Q.

 

He’s the author of more than 30 publications in scientific journals, a book, 10 book chapters and dozens of conference presentations. He is also a reviewer for many JCR-listed scientific journals and a member of conference program committees.
